Akdital, a leading healthcare group, has completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Al-Bishri Hospital, located in a strategic location in the heart of Mecca. The deal follows the fulfillment of all regulatory and operational conditions set out in the memorandum of understanding signed on December 19, 2025.
