Morocco’s Defense Industrial Zones Management Company (SGZID) is developing two industrial sites in Nouaceur and Sidi Yahya, covering a combined 675 hectares. More than ten clients have already entrusted the company with their projects. Established in July 2025 as a 50-50 joint venture between the Military Housing and Equipment Agency (ALEM) and MEDZ, a subsidiary of the CDG Group, SGZID is responsible for developing, servicing, marketing and managing the two zones.
