A report by Morocco’s Economic, Social and Environmental Council (CESE) found that the number of foreigners living in Morocco reached 148,152 in 2024, up from 84,000 in 2014, representing a 76% increase over a decade. The report added, however, that “these figures do not provide a complete picture of the number of people in an irregular situation.”
