Two months before Morocco’s legislative elections, the National Human Rights Council (CNDH) has begun training 1,000 observers, 40% of them women, to independently monitor the vote. Speaking to Le360, CNDH President Amina Bouayach outlined the nationwide deployment, while also discussing the institution’s new partnerships and upcoming international commitments.
