As soaring summer temperatures grip much of Morocco, hundreds of families and walkers are gathering each evening at the landscaped park along the Salé bank of the Bouregreg River, where green spaces, river breezes and sweeping views of Rabat have turned the site into one of the capital region’s most popular outdoor retreats.
