Morocco international Sofyan Amrabat is close to joining Ajax after reaching a reported verbal agreement with the Dutch club, following the termination of his contract with Turkish side Fenerbahçe by mutual consent.

Real Betis have reportedly submitted an initial offer to Fenerbahçe for Morocco international Sofyan Amrabat, who spent last season on loan at the Andalusian club. Talks are continuing between the clubs, with several options being considered to facilitate the midfielder’s return to Seville, which remains a priority for Manuel Pellegrini.

The four clubs qualified on Wednesday, completing the lineup alongside LASK, Sabah and Bodø/Glimt, who secured their places a day earlier.
