Driven by rising visitor numbers, new hotel capacity and a more diverse tourism offering, Agadir is strengthening its position as one of Morocco’s leading destinations. By the end of May, the city had welcomed more than 607,000 visitors and recorded 2.6 million overnight stays, while preparing to host matches during the 2030 World Cup.
