Salé is set to expand its coastal road along the shoreline between the Sidi Moussa district and the commune of Ameur, with the widening and improvement works expected to begin soon.
Initiated by the Ministry of Equipment and Water, the project will cover the section between Bab Charafat and the commune of Ameur and widen the road to three lanes in each direction, with a total investment of 45.8 million dirhams.
The project also includes resurfacing the road and installing modern public lighting. It is one of the major projects being carried out by the city’s authorities, with the six-month works awarded to a Moroccan public works company.
