An agreement to launch the NUMUN project in Morocco was signed in Rabat on Friday, September 18, 2026, in the presence of representatives from the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), the Hiba Foundation and other partners. The initiative aims to expand young people’s access to digital arts.

From September 24 to 27, 2026, Tangier’s Kasbah will host the second edition of the Mediterranean Encounters, dedicated to the voices, stories and ideas of women from across the Mediterranean. Organized by the Founoun Al Boughaz Foundation - Arts of the Strait with support from the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication, the event will bring together women writers, poets, intellectuals and artists for four days of discussions, musical readings and poetic tributes.

Originally scheduled for November 12 and 13 in Rabat, the first edition of the Continentales de la poésie festival has been postponed to a later date. Co initiators Mustapha Kébir Ammi and Kaisse Ben Yahia said the decision was made to consolidate the institutional, organizational, financial and logistical conditions needed to hold the event.
