Located in the Midparc industrial zone, the approximately 4,000-square-meter facility will manufacture technical hoses, connection systems and molded components made from elastomers and specialized textiles. The products will be designed and sold by the company, with the aerospace sector as its main target market.

Construction and preparations for industrial operations are now in their final stages, according to the company. Equipment installation, manufacturing process development and operational preparations are progressing ahead of the planned launch.

Masterduct Morocco will draw on the expertise of Matzen & Timm, another Masterflex Group company specializing in aerospace applications. The project aims to combine German engineering and aerospace manufacturing standards with Moroccan industrial skills.

The company presented the project at the Marrakech Air Show, marking its first participation in the event. The eighth edition of the exhibition ran from October 7 to 10 and brought together nearly 200 exhibitors from 27 countries.

“Our ambition is to develop a competitive and reliable aerospace production facility in Morocco by combining German engineering expertise with Moroccan industrial skills and know-how, while contributing to the continued development of the national aerospace ecosystem,” said Amine Iraoui, director general of Masterduct Morocco.

Peter Bremer, director general of Matzen & Timm and Masterduct, said the new subsidiary would strengthen the group’s international industrial presence and support the long-term development of its aerospace activities.

The plant is also expected to help the group serve its customers more effectively and improve its competitiveness, he added.
