Morocco’s National Order of Physicians has officially launched a new digital platform designed to simplify administrative procedures, improve service delivery for doctors, and strengthen communication between physicians, the Order’s regional councils, and its national body.
In a statement, the Order said the platform forms part of its strategy to modernize its operations and accelerate the digitalization of its services.
The platform enables physicians to complete all administrative procedures remotely and securely, eliminating the need for in-person visits. Users can submit a wide range of applications online, including registration requests, transfers, changes to professional status or practice address, suspension of professional activity, temporary replacements, as well as agreements and contracts.
Doctors will also be able to upload supporting documents in digital format through a secure environment, track the progress of their applications in real time, and download approved decisions, certificates, and other administrative documents directly from their personal accounts.

The Order also announced changes to fee payment procedures. Administrative fees will now be paid exclusively through bank transfers or bank deposits, allowing physicians to avoid traveling to regional councils to pay membership fees and other charges stipulated under the organization’s internal regulations.
According to the statement, the new system is expected to shorten processing times while enabling electronic archiving of payment receipts.
For procedures requiring payment, the bank account number (RIB) of the relevant regional council will be displayed directly on the platform, allowing applicants to complete the payment and upload proof of payment as part of their digital application.
The National Order of Physicians called on all doctors to create their accounts and begin using the platform immediately through its dedicated online portal.
The platform was launched in implementation of Decree No. 2-15-447 of March 6, 2016, issued under Law No. 131-13 regulating the practice of medicine, as amended. The decree provides for the use of an electronic platform for submitting applications to the National Order of Physicians, particularly under Articles 1, 5, 7, 11, and 12.
Available around the clock, the platform offers physicians a secure and fully digital environment designed to make administrative procedures faster, simpler, and entirely paperless.
