Morocco’s U20 national team will face Algeria this Friday, August 28, from 8 p.m. in the semi-finals of the 2026 Mediterranean Games in Taranto.
The match will be broadcast live on Arryadia, the third channel of Morocco’s SNRT group. It will also be available on Egypt’s ON TV and Tunisia’s El Watania TV.
Ludovic Batelli’s side reached the semi-finals after beating North Macedonia 5-1, drawing 2-2 with Turkey and losing 1-0 to Tunisia. Algeria, meanwhile, beat Kosovo 2-1, Italy, the host country, 3-1, and Albania 2-0.
Morocco finished the group stage in second place in Group A with four points, behind Tunisia on seven. Level on points with Turkey, the Atlas Lions finished ahead of the Turks thanks to their superior goal difference of +3.

The other semi-final of the men’s football tournament will see Tunisia face Italy.
The 20th edition of the Mediterranean Games is being held from August 21 to September 3 in Taranto and several cities in southern Italy.
