Morocco U20s held to goalless draw by Tunisia in UNAF opener

Morocco’s U20 national team opened their UNAF U20 Tournament campaign with a goalless draw against Tunisia on Sunday, September 27, at the Suez Canal Stadium in Egypt.

The Atlas Cubs had been exempt from the opening round and picked up their first point in the tournament, which runs from September 24 to October 6 and serves as a qualifier for the next U20 Africa Cup of Nations.

Morocco will face Algeria on Wednesday, September 30, at the same venue. The Atlas Cubs will then take on Egypt on Saturday, October 3, before concluding their campaign against Libya on Tuesday, October 6, at Ismailia Stadium.
