Three names, one falsehood, one photo stolen from Gaza. Hicham Jerando, whose record includes numerous legal proceedings for defamation and extortion; Maâti Monjib, with a judicial history involving fraud; and Ignacio Cembrero, a mediocre journalist whose long-standing hostility toward Morocco has become something of a chronic obsession, each played a role in portraying Yousef Al-Najjar, a young Palestinian wounded in Gaza, as a Moroccan migrant attacked by Morocco’s Auxiliary Forces.
