The book defines educational technology as “an integrated system of knowledge, skills, and methods applied systematically to the design, implementation, and evaluation of the teaching process. It adopts a scientific approach grounded in educational sciences and learning theories, while placing students at the center of the learning experience.” In this context, the author emphasizes the systems approach, which analyzes the educational process through its inputs, processes, outputs, and feedback mechanisms.
The publication also aims to “analyze the reality of technology integration in Moroccan universities, particularly with the emergence of artificial intelligence, while identifying the challenges it presents through a scientific methodology. This analysis will contribute to improving coherence across the different components of the education system, enhancing its effectiveness, supporting the development of teaching methods, and addressing pedagogical challenges. Ultimately, it will offer a strategic framework for improving quality in higher education and meeting the demands of a knowledge-based society.”
