Morocco’s High Commission for Former Resistance Fighters and Former Members of the Liberation Army and the Vietnam Veterans Association signed a memorandum of understanding in Rabat on Thursday to strengthen cooperation and partnership between the two institutions.

The Moroccan Agency for International Cooperation (AMCI) and Belgium’s development agency Enabel signed a memorandum of understanding Wednesday, September 9, in Brussels to strengthen their partnership and develop new triangular cooperation projects in Africa.
