FAR Inspector General holds meeting with Chief of Staff of Liberia’s Armed Forces

The meeting in Rabat focused on strengthening military cooperation between Morocco and Liberia, particularly in training and exchanges, following a military cooperation agreement signed in October 2025.

On High Instructions of the King, Supreme Commander and Chief of General Staff of the Royal Armed Forces (FAR), Lieutenant General Mohamed Berrid, Inspector General of the FAR, Commander of the South Zone, received on Tuesday at the FAR General Staff headquarters in Rabat, Brigadier General Davidson Fayiah Forleh, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of Liberia, who is paying a working visit to the Kingdom on September 4-13.

During this meeting, attended by the Republic of Liberia’s accredited ambassador in Rabat, the two officials discussed the means of initiating a military cooperation in training and exchanging visits, in line with the Military Cooperation Agreement signed by the two countries in October 21, 2025, the FAR General Staff said in a statement.
