Sahara: Ghana stands by decision to withdraw recognition of ‘SADR’, backs autonomy plan
Following the dissemination by certain media outlets in the pay of the separatist front of misleading information regarding the audience granted by Ghanaian Foreign Minister, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, to the individual they described as “the ambassador of the fictitious rasd to Ghana,” the Ghanaian Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a clarification via its official Facebook and X (former Twitter) accounts, confirming that the State of Ghana’s decision to withdraw its recognition of the so-called “rasd,” dated January 6, 2025, remains in effect and has not been reversed.
