In his address marking the Throne Day celebrations on Wednesday, July 29, the King underscored Morocco’s strengthened position on the global stage.

“With Almighty God’s help, I have managed to consolidate Morocco’s position as a reliable, respected, and influential player on the global stage,” the Sovereign said.

According to the King, that diplomatic credibility has been matched by growing economic influence, with Morocco now establishing itself as “an important economic player and a sought-after partner in new, balanced, forward-looking partnerships.”

The Sovereign linked this dual recognition—both diplomatic and economic—to Morocco’s renewed capacity to act on the international stage. Building on these achievements, the Kingdom is now able to engage with its partners “effectively and confidently." Whether on bilateral issues or major global challenges, Morocco continues to propose “constructive partnership” and “promising cooperation initiatives.”

King Mohammed VI also highlighted the Kingdom’s strategy of diversifying its international partnerships. Acting with “commitment and responsibility,” Morocco has expanded its network of cooperation, "thereby contributing to strengthening our country’s capabilities and enhancing its standing in various fields.”
