The statement said the decision was made after reviewing all procedural documents, completing the preliminary investigation, and carrying out the necessary technical assessments. Lmrabet appeared before the public prosecutor’s office on Wednesday, where he was questioned regarding the allegations against him in accordance with the provisions of the law.
The statement added that he benefited from all the rights and guarantees provided by law, including the right to undergo a medical examination.
Following the proceedings, the Public Prosecutor ordered his release while directing that the investigation continue and that additional technical assessments be conducted. Items seized from Lmrabet—including two computers, a USB drive, and a mobile phone—were also returned to him.
The King’s prosecutor said the appropriate legal action will be determined once the ongoing investigation is completed.
