In an explanatory statement released on Friday, August 7, 2026, GenZ212 broke its silence to categorically deny persistent rumors circulating on social media. The posts falsely claim that the collective had called for demonstrations and announced a date for taking to the streets.

The group stressed that these claims are entirely baseless, emphasizing that it has issued no official statement and undertaken no internal coordination regarding any such action. It added that any comments or calls attributed to the collective in this context in no way reflect its position.

To clarify the situation for the public, the group’s administrators revealed that several fabricated images and posts bearing the collective’s name are currently being circulated through unofficial accounts and pages. Describing the content as outright fabrications intended to mislead social media users, the organization urged the public to remain vigilant and not be swayed by rumors.

In response to what it described as a disinformation campaign orchestrated by anonymous actors, GenZ212 reiterated that its official positions and statements are communicated exclusively through its verified channels.
