The festivities continued with Moroccan artist Duke, who took to the stage to perform a selection of his songs before an enthusiastic audience.

Rapper Dizzy DROS, one of the leading figures of Morocco’s rap scene, then took the stage, performing a selection of his tracks with energy and enthusiasm.

Speaking to the press, Duke said he was pleased to take part in the festival, praising the strong response from the Rabat audience, which he said is known for its diverse musical tastes and openness to different genres.

The festival runs until August 23 and features a diverse lineup of 30 artists. The event aims to showcase the richness of Morocco’s and Africa’s cultural and music scenes while creating links between the artistic experiences of younger generations and established figures from Morocco’s musical heritage.
