Organized by the Khénifra-based associations Tadbir and Dar Al Aman, the event was held in the wake of the national campaign, running from July 15 to 27, launched by the Ministry of Solidarity, Social Integration and Family in coordination with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA). The campaign aims to raise public awareness about the challenges faced by persons with disabilities and encourage practical solutions that guarantee equal access, full participation, autonomy and equal opportunities.
The meeting brought together institutional stakeholders, experts, healthcare and education professionals, as well as representatives of civil society organizations. Participants exchanged experiences and best practices aimed at improving the quality of services provided to persons with disabilities and strengthening coordination among the various actors involved.
The event also provided an opportunity to assess the work carried out by the two associations during the current season by reviewing the objectives achieved and identifying the constraints and challenges encountered in implementing their programs.
Discussions focused on ways to address these challenges through the development of a new strategy and action plan tailored to the needs of beneficiaries, while emphasizing the importance of continuous training and professional skills development.
