Stellantis Maroc and JLM Alumni, a Moroccan non-profit organization focused on youth leadership and employability, have launched “Digital Skills for Future,” a program designed to enhance the employability of young people through training in digital and professional skills.
The initiative, announced in Casablanca on July 20, will provide training to 120 participants, including university students and recent graduates seeking employment. Stellantis Maroc anticipates that at least 30% of the beneficiaries will be women.
The program offers 180 hours of training, encompassing digital skills, artificial intelligence, automation, sales techniques, inventory management, and soft skills. Participants will also engage in practical boot camps to prepare them for the professional world.
In addition to the training, participants will receive individual mentoring, ongoing support, and networking opportunities with partner companies to facilitate access to internships and initial professional experiences. Stellantis Maroc aims for at least half of the participants to secure an internship or other professional opportunity upon program completion.

The program will run for 12 months, delivered through several partner centers in Casablanca.
