Professional Football League raises Botola Pro title prize ahead of new season

The LNFP has increased the financial reward for the champions to 10 million dirhams and introduced incentives linked to the integration of young players.

Abdeslam Belkchour, president of the National Professional Football League (LNFP), announced on Thursday, May 27, during the draw for the 2026-2027 season, that the financial prize awarded to the Botola Pro champions will be increased to 10 million dirhams.

The league president also announced financial incentives linked to the integration of young players, in a move aimed at encouraging clubs to give more opportunities to emerging talent.

The team crowned Moroccan champions is therefore expected to receive a financial prize of 10 million dirhams.

Through the measure, the league aims to encourage Botola Pro clubs to raise the level of sporting competition and strengthen investment in technical and management aspects.
