Morocco U17’s national team head coach Ahmed Kantari on Tuesday, November 3, announced his 21-man squad for the 21st edition of the FIFA U17 World Cup, which will be held in Qatar from November 19 to December 13, 2026. The tournament will feature 48 national teams.
Brahim Rabbaj and his teammates will compete in Group H alongside Spain, Fiji and China.
The squad includes forward Zyad Baha, who also featured in the previous edition and will therefore be making his second appearance at the U17 World Cup.
In the last edition of the U17 World Cup in 2025, the national team reached the quarterfinals, where they ultimately lost 2-1 to Brazil.
The team qualified for this year’s tournament after reaching the quarterfinals of the 2026 U17 Africa Cup of Nations, hosted by Morocco.
