A major individual honor for Soufiane Rahimi. The Moroccan international was voted the UAE Pro League’s Player of the Season by fans at the league’s awards ceremony, which recognized several players on Monday at the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi.
Rahimi made 23 appearances and scored 15 goals last season, including nine in the UAE Pro League, while also providing two assists. He played a key role in Al Ain’s title-winning campaign, with the club claiming the championship after a three-year wait.

It is another major accolade for the forward, who now has 47 goals in 109 appearances for the Violets. The award comes just days before the start of the new season in the United Arab Emirates.
Al Ain and Soufiane Rahimi will face Baniyas SCC on August 16.
