Speaking at a press conference in Rabat on Sunday, Morocco women’s national team head coach Jorge Vilda and forward Sakina Ouzraoui expressed the Atlas Lionesses’ determination to secure a victory against Senegal on Monday, August 3, at Moulay El Hassan Stadium. Their goal is to finish atop Group A, thereby booking their place in the quarter-finals of the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON), which Morocco is hosting.
