Rabat’s Bouregreg waterfront will host the 14th edition of the International Arts and Culture Festival Oudayas Summer from August 9 to 12 under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI.
Organized by the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication in partnership with the National Music Council—member of the International Music Council and UNESCO’s official partner—and with the support of the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra regional authorities, the festival will feature a lineup of prominent Moroccan artists.
According to the organizers, the festival, held as part of celebrations marking Throne Day, has established itself as one of the capital’s leading cultural events thanks to its longevity and the caliber of its participants.
The opening night will feature singer Fouad Zbadi, who will receive the festival’s honorary shield, while artist Mahmoud Mekri will be honored in recognition of his distinguished artistic career.
The evening will also include performances by Ayoub Tejani and Fatima Zahra Al Aroussi, accompanied by the Multicultural Orchestra of Morocco under the direction of maestro Hamza Amzkar.

The second day will feature Sami Kasba, who will receive the Hassan Mekri Award, followed by the Nostalgia project, performances by singer Farid Ghannam, and Gnawa master Hamid El Kasri.
On the third day, festivalgoers will enjoy performances by rapper Uzi and artist Nasr Mekri before the evening concludes with rapper Hliwa, who will receive the Best Rapper award.
The festival will close with a program dedicated to chaabi music, featuring Salah Eddine Majdouli and the duo Attawam, followed by a performance from veteran singer El Haj Abdelmoughit, who will be honored with the Sheikh Chaabi award.
