Renewable energy company Jet Energy has received approval from Morocco’s capital market regulator for an initial public offering (IPO) aimed at raising between Dh328.1 million and Dh375.4 million through the issue of new shares.

The Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) approved the company’s prospectus on Wednesday, Oct 21, clearing the way for subscriptions to open on Nov 2.

According to the regulator, Jet Energy will issue 2,625,000 new ordinary shares at a price ranging from Dh125 to Dh143 apiece.

The subscription period will run until 3.30pm on Nov 5, with the shares to be listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange’s Principal F segment.

The offering will be carried out through a capital increase, meaning the proceeds from the newly issued shares will go to the company.

Each share will have a nominal value of Dh10, while the total size of the issue will depend on the final subscription price.

The listing was authorized by Jet Energy’s extraordinary general meeting on Dec 22, 2025, and subsequently approved by its board of directors on Oct 20, 2026.

Jet Energy develops, designs, builds, operates and maintains solar photovoltaic power plants. The company also works in energy storage, information and communications technology, and intelligent management systems for solar installations.
