The Mohammed VI Foundation for Social Works for Judges and Judicial Staff has approved a new package of social measures covering healthcare, housing, loans and financial assistance for its members and their families.

The decisions were adopted last week at the second meeting of the foundation’s Supervisory and Guidance Council, held at the headquarters of the High Council of the Judiciary in Rabat. The council reviewed reports prepared by three committees set up during its first meeting, focusing on healthcare services, loans and financial support, and housing assistance.

Health coverage and housing support

The council approved contracts for supplementary health insurance, medical assistance and medical transportation concluded by the foundation. It also approved the conditions for housing loans aimed at helping members finance home purchases.

New conditions were also approved for social and consumer loans, with more flexible terms for members.

The council also authorized the foundation’s management to acquire real estate as it works to expand its capacity and develop its social services.

New grants and financial assistance

The package includes financial support for members through several grants, including grants for the Hajj pilgrimage, postgraduate studies, retirement and condolences.

The measures also provide for medical assistance and support for members who have children or dependents with disabilities.

The council additionally approved a new schedule of annual membership fees to strengthen the foundation’s financial resources and help it expand and improve its services.

Measures to take effect in 2027

The approved measures will come into force on January 1, 2027. Details of the decisions and eligibility requirements will be published on the official website of the High Council of the Judiciary before being made available on the foundation’s own website.

The foundation’s website is expected to launch in the coming days and will serve as a direct communication platform for members and beneficiaries, allowing them to access information about available services and eligibility requirements.

The council will continue monitoring the implementation of the measures and evaluating and improving the services based on the needs of members and their families.
