The Naif Arab University for Security Sciences (NAUSS) has expressed solidarity with Morocco following the dismantling of a terrorist network by the Central Bureau of Judicial Investigations (BCIJ), commending the country’s proactive counterterrorism efforts.
In a message addressed to Abdellatif Hammouchi, Director General of National Security and Territorial Surveillance, the university condemned the recently foiled terrorist plots and praised Moroccan authorities for preventing attacks that it said could have targeted civilians and critical infrastructure.
The university, an academic institution affiliated with the Council of Arab Interior Ministers, said the operation reflected Morocco’s continued commitment to preserving national security and stability.

NAUSS Secretary-General also praised what he described as the “high level of preparedness and professionalism” demonstrated by Morocco’s security services. He highlighted their record in preventive security operations and their ability to combat organized crime and dismantle terrorist and extremist cells.
The message concluded that the operation underscored the effectiveness of the strategic approach adopted by the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN) and the General Directorate for Territorial Surveillance (DGST). It added that Morocco continues to play an important role as a reliable regional and international partner in strengthening security and stability.
