Lando Norris secured pole position for the Dutch Grand Prix on Saturday, clocking a fastest time of 1:11.163 at Zandvoort.
The McLaren driver was 0.102 seconds quicker than Mercedes’ George Russell, with championship leader Kimi Antonelli qualifying third,0.235 seconds behind Norris.
McLaren’s Oscar Piastri will start fourth, followed by Ferrari’s Lewis Hamilton in fifth and his teammate Charles Leclerc in sixth. Red Bull’s Max Verstappen and Liam Lawson qualified seventh and eighth, respectively.
Audi’s Gabriel Bortoleto secured ninth, while Racing Bulls driver Arvid Lindblad completed the top 10.
Norris has now taken pole position for two consecutive Grands Prix, showing McLaren’s strong pace in recent races and their ability to challenge Mercedes and Ferrari at the front.
The reigning world champion will aim to convert his latest pole into another Grand Prix victory and build on his current momentum.
The Dutch Grand Prix will take place on Sunday, August 23, at 2 p.m. Moroccan time, marking the final F1 race at Zandvoort.
