Moroccan international Ismaël Saibari expressed his anger at Air Arabia on Sunday, October 18, in an Instagram post.
Calling the airline “the worst airline in the world” and directly tagging its official account, the midfielder sharply criticized its staff, accusing them of showing a complete lack of respect for passengers and describing them as incompetent and inhumane. He also referred to recurring problems with the airline, which operates numerous routes to Europe.

Saibari did not specify what prompted his outburst, but it came days after an incident involving an Air Arabia flight from Casablanca to Montpellier. On Friday morning, passengers on flight 3O335 were forced to land in Toulouse instead of their scheduled destination of Montpellier after the Airbus A320 operating the route made several unsuccessful approaches to Montpellier airport. The flight was eventually diverted to Toulouse, leaving passengers to wait for onward transportation.
The incident comes as Air Arabia Maroc faces legal proceedings in France. In September, French courts ordered the airline to pay a total of €9,100 across nine separate cases involving 13 passengers. The cases concerned compensation for flight delays of more than three hours.
