An ideal start to the Champions League campaign for MAS. Rui Almeida’s side secured a convincing 4-1 home win over Burkina Faso’s Rahimo FC on Sunday, September 6.
The two teams met in the first leg of the Champions League’s first preliminary round. They are due to meet again on Saturday at 2 p.m. for the return leg.
The reigning Moroccan champions’ goals were scored by Adam Brika (7th minute), Soulaïman Allouch (45th), Devin Titus (72nd) and Christopher Ibayi (76th). The visitors had pulled one back in the 60th minute.
