Hossam Essadak is set to move from the Botola to the Saudi Pro League. The young player, a product of the Mohammed VI Football Academy and a member of Union Touarga Sport, has joined Al-Fateh on a one-season loan.

The Saudi club officially announced his arrival on Sunday, just minutes before the transfer window closed in Saudi Arabia. The player had been the subject of several transfer rumors, with reports linking him to clubs in Europe and Turkey.

It is another departure from Touarga to a foreign league, following the transfers of his teammates Taha Majni to Crystal Palace and Foued Zahouani to Ajax.

The three young Moroccans notably won the U20 World Cup in Chile, where Essadak served as captain.
