Morocco beat Saudi Arabia in futsal friendly in Agadir

The Atlas Lions opened their two-match friendly series with a 3-1 win as they continue preparations for the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations on home soil.

Morocco’s national futsal team beat Saudi Arabia 3-1 on Sunday, August 23, at the Al Inbiâat indoor hall in Agadir in the first of two friendly matches between the sides.

Mohamed Reda Madih, Younes El Maqsari and Youssef Jawad scored Morocco’s three goals.

The two teams will meet again in Agadir next Tuesday, August 25, for their second friendly.

The two matches are part of Morocco’s preparations for the Africa Cup of Nations, which will be held in Morocco from October 12 to 21.
