Built over nine months, the facility has a ground floor and two upper levels, according to project architect Zouhair Barzouk.
It has been fitted with automated systems to regulate the entry and exit of vehicles, besides charging points for electric cars.
Marrakech-Safi Wali Khatib El Hebil recently inspected the site as work entered its final stages, reviewing preparations for the opening and checking whether the installations met the required standards.
Mohamed El Omrani, head of the company overseeing construction, said work had continued for nine months, with particular care taken to ensure the building’s exterior fitted in with Marrakech’s traditional architecture.
