Guy Ritchie is back at it. The director has launched Season 3 of The Gentlemen, the series adapted from his film of the same name. Filming for the third season began yesterday, Sunday, September 13, in Rabat.

The series follows the story of Eddie Horniman. The former British Army officer inherits the family’s vast estate following his father’s death. According to a Le360 source, Erfoud has also been chosen as a filming location.

Theo James plays the lead role. The cast also includes Kaya Scodelario as Susie Glass, Daniel Ings as Freddy Horniman and Ray Winstone as Bobby Glass, alongside other actors. No Moroccan actors have been revealed so far.

Eddie Horniman finds himself drawn into the world of organized crime against his will. The estate he inherited is home to a major criminal network involved in cannabis production and trafficking. He must navigate dangerous alliances, rivalries between criminal groups and numerous threats, while trying to protect his family and his inheritance.

As the story unfolds, power, money, loyalty and betrayal are constantly called into question. The series alternates between action, suspense and dark humor, while exploring the complex relationship between the British aristocracy and the world of organized crime.

Season 3 of The Gentlemen is expected to air around 2028 on Netflix, although no official release date has been announced to date.
