Nador West Med SA has carried out a private placement of ordinary bonds worth a total of 2.2 billion dirhams. The transaction was structured, coordinated and placed with the support of Valoris Corporate Finance, Valoris Securities, Capital Trust Finance, Capital Trust Securities and CIH Bank.

The new financing operation comes as the Nador West Med port project moves closer to entering service, scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026. The funds raised will help meet financing needs related to the development of the project and its various infrastructures.

The port complex, located on the Mediterranean coast, includes infrastructure dedicated to port and logistics activities, as well as areas earmarked for the development of industrial activities.

The bond issuance was carried out with institutional investors through a private placement.

For Nador West Med SA, the fundraising provides an additional source of financing as the project approaches its entry into service. It follows several investment operations aimed at developing the port infrastructure and the equipment required for its operation.
