The Tangier visit comes five years after Craig’s final appearance as James Bond in No Time to Die, released in 2021. Since Casino Royale in 2006, he has played the iconic Agent 007 in five films over a 15-year period.
Since Craig’s departure from the role, speculation about his successor has continued among fans of the franchise. Several names regularly emerge as possible candidates to take over the famous spy’s role, but the identity of the next James Bond remains a mystery. While fans wait to find out who will succeed him on screen, Craig continues to pursue other projects, with his brief stay in Tangier offering time away with his wife, Rachel Weisz.
