The suspect had impersonated a police officer in order to stop a man and a woman in a public street in Tangier, claiming that she needed to carry out a fake identity check. Investigations and inquiries led to her arrest shortly after she allegedly committed these criminal acts.
A search carried out as part of the case led to the seizure of a radio device resembling those used by public security forces, as well as a sum of money suspected to have been obtained through the criminal activity.
The suspect was placed under judicial investigation under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor’s office to establish all the circumstances and background of the case and determine all the criminal acts attributed to her.
