Thunderstorms, hail and strong winds forecast across four provinces on Monday

Thunderstorms, with a risk of hail and strong wind gusts, are forecast across four provinces on Monday, the General Directorate of Meteorology (DGM) said.

Guercif, Boulemane, Taourirt and Jerada have been placed under an orange weather alert.

Rainfall of between 20 and 25 mm is expected from 2pm to 11pm, according to the DGM.
