Morocco’s Souad El Haddad won the bronze medal in the women’s 800m on Monday at the Mediterranean Games, currently underway in Taranto, Italy.
El Haddad finished third in 2:00.15, behind Spain’s Lorea Etxeberria Padurano, who claimed silver in 2:00.07, and Croatia’s Nina Vuković, who won gold in 1:59.63.
