Mediterranean Games: Morocco claims another athletics bronze through Kawtar Farkoussi in 10,000m

Morocco’s Kawtar Farkoussi won the bronze medal in the women’s 10,000m on Monday at the 2026 Mediterranean Games in Taranto, Italy.

Farkoussi finished third in 35:13.57, behind Portugal’s Mariana Machado Carvalho, who claimed silver in 35:05.10, and Italy’s Federica Del Buono, who won gold in 35:02.28.
