King Mohammed VI’s Throne Day Speech has strengthened international investor confidence in Morocco by reaffirming a strategic vision built on economic diversification, competitiveness, and value creation, according to Wang Yongbao, co-president of the Africa-China Association for Development Cooperation.
Speaking to the Moroccan News Agency (MAP), Wang said the speech reaffirmed the central role of investment in Morocco’s development model and outlined a coherent roadmap for achieving sustainable and inclusive economic growth. He added that the King’s leadership remains a key source of confidence for international investors.
Wang, who also serves as chairman and CEO of the Chinese firm Revoneeds Investment Ltd, which supports Chinese companies expanding into emerging markets, said Morocco’s political and institutional stability, combined with its policy of openness and diversified international partnerships, provides a favorable environment for innovative, high-value investment projects.
He added that this strategic vision further reinforces Morocco’s position as a gateway linking Africa, Europe, and the Arab world, while consolidating the Kingdom’s role as a leading regional and international player.
